Why we have chosen the company model of a cooperative?
We have flat hierarchies and, therefore, a slim company structure with short communication paths and low expenditure.
The cooperative is a member of a cooperative auditing association, which, in the interest of the members, regularly examines the economic conditions and the correctness of the management policies. The mandatory auditing in accordance with the Cooperatives Act accords to the members security in regard to the economic development of the cooperative.
The cooperative is by far the safest legal form in Germany against insolvencies thanks to the internal checks by its members and the independent auditing by the federation of cooperatives.
